Training

Training

Selling compression equipment is considered a technical sale requiring deep application and product knowledge. We create customized and engaging technical and product training experiences. Training solutions build the foundation for a sustainable and competitive sales force. Our goal is to go beyond educating, inspiring and motivating.

In the Field

Operators and technicians require knowledge to properly run, maintain and repair equipment. A combination of classroom and hands on field training is an efficient way of educating multiple staff where they work.

Classroom

Many engineers enjoy in-house “Lunch & Learn” sessions to fit learning into their busy schedule. In other cases, a group will visit a vendors facility for training. Generally, one day is appropriate with a detailed course outline, Powerpoint presentation and active Q & A.

Frequency – Duration

The students and circumstances dictate the length and intensity of training.

Some learning goals can be accomplished in a relatively brief session. Others require multiple days, combining classroom and hands on experience.

Training can be as simple as assembling a small group of prospects to present your products with a power point presentation or a month’s long campaign to train sales staff with product and application knowledge.
